DISCOVERY SESSION (1 HOUR, Free)

Let's have a powerful conversation.
Individual Coaching (4 month minimum)
​
Get your magic back.
We will work together to establish your values- enabling you to determine what's missing, what you want, and what's next. You will reconnect with who you are, shed long-held (bullshit) beliefs about yourself, and take actions that propel you forward.
Fine print:
-It starts with a 90 minute breakthrough session where we deep-dive about values, priorities, and areas for growth
-Following breakthrough, we will have 2 phone sessions per month, each lasting 45-60 minutes
-You will have email and text support outside of our sessions
Corporate Coaching (6 month minimum)

We will work together to identify what's working, what isn't, and what that means. Using various resources we'll address areas for improvement while focusing on your strengths and establishing viable strategies for success.
Fine print:
-It starts with a 90 minute breakthrough session where we deep-dive about how you're doing now, discuss your individual leadership style, how you're affecting others, and where you're headed
-Following breakthrough, we will have 2 phone sessions per month, each lasting 45-60 minutes
-We will debrief the results of a comprehensive 360 evaluation from individuals within your organization that address your perceived strengths, effectiveness, and impact
-You will have email and text support outside of our sessions
